Main function

1.     Apply to test the Common Rail Injectors of BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, CATERPILLAR;

2.     Apply to test the Piezoelectric Injectors of BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, VDO;

3.     Can test the Injectors of: tightness, Fuel load injection volume and oil return, Fuel injection quantity at emission point, 

     Fuel Injection rate at idle point and Pre-injection fuel injection;

4.     Apply to test the Common Rail Injectors’ performance of BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, CUMMINS, CATERPILLAR, and to 

     test the variation characteristics of Solenoid valve’s current and flow;

5.     Add accessory to meet the testing requirement;

     5-1.     To test HEUI Injectors and pump;

     5-2.     To test EUI/EUP;

     5-3.     To test electronic control VE pump; 

     5-4.     To test electronic control distributing pump of DENSO V3&V4.

6.  Apply to edit the current’s driving characteristics of Common Rail Injectors;

7.  Assemble with large thousands of testing standards for different types of Common Rail Injectors.

8.  Apply to save and output the testing data;

9.  Create Client’s file;

10. Can self-calibrate the Injectors with no standard data; Also can create QR number for BOSCH

Injectors (Individual Charge).

11. Add accessory to test the response time of Injector injecting.
